Good to know: Extra weight is billed at $80 per ton, and additional charges may apply for prohibited materials or special disposal items. If you're not sure whether your project needs more time than the 3-day minimum, add a couple of extra days when you book. It's easier than rushing to fill it.
What You Can (and Can't) Put in It

Household junk, furniture, general home cleanout debris, construction and remodeling debris (drywall, wood, flooring), yard waste and brush, moving debris, and garage or attic cleanouts.
Not accepted:
Tires, batteries (vehicle or lithium), wet paint or lacquer, propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders, motor oil and fuels, household chemicals, refrigerators/freezers or other appliances with refrigerant, and any hazardous, flammable, or biohazardous material. If you're not sure whether something's allowed, ask before you toss it in. It's a quick call, and it saves you a disposal fee.
Do You Need a Permit?
If the dumpster sits on your own driveway or property, you typically don't need a permit. If it needs to go on the street or the public right-of-way (tight lot, no driveway room), your city may require one.
